You can request a refund within 5 days after purchase — no need to rush through everything, just explore the structure and first lessons.
What We Look At
Refunds are not based only on time — but also on how deeply the course was used.
We review:
• how many lessons were opened
• how far you progressed
• how much time was spent inside the course
• whether materials were actively used
This helps us distinguish between “trying” and “fully using”.
When It Usually Doesn’t Apply
Refunds are unlikely if:
• most of the course has already been viewed
• you completed a significant part of the program
• the request comes after the 5-day window
• expectations differ from what was clearly described
How It Works If Approved
If your request is approved:
• the payment is returned to your original method
• processing takes 7–14 business days
• no additional actions are required from your side
